Raw Ginger Treats

Can’t think of a better way to spend 10 minutes than throwing together some raw treats. Great for emergency ‘sweet’ cravings and so so easy to make. My friend Vicky and I love to put together different elements to produce the ‘ultimate raw sweet delight’ and so this is a hybrid of one of her recipes and a touch of mine!

You’ll need 250g dates, 250g mixed organic nuts (I used cashews and walnuts), as much raw ginger as you like (I used 2 large about 3-inch pieces).

Basically, blitz in the food processor (do each ingredient separately it seems to work better), then roll into balls. Easy peasy!
